For U.S. orders, estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after shipment. For international orders, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on destination and local customs processing. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.

Returns
We want you to feel confident purchasing from MessMate™. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other non-defective reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For assistance with a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team before sending any items back.
