Returns

We offer 30-day returns from the delivery date.

To qualify:

• Item must be unused

• Must be clean and in original condition

• Must be returned in original packaging

⚠️ Used items cannot be returned due to sanitary and pet-safety reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
