1. Overview
This website is operated by MessMate™. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.
2. Product Use
MessMate™ is a silicone bowl attachment designed to fit most 6–9 inch pet bowls. Customers are responsible for measuring their bowl before purchase. Bowl is NOT included. The product must be used only as intended for pet feeding.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe to be suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms. We may also limit quantities per customer and correct pricing or listing errors at any time. If an order is canceled after payment, you will be notified and refunded.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Once an order has shipped, MessMate™ is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring their address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
5. Returns
Returns are accepted only for unused items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy. Used items cannot be returned due to sanitary and pet-safety reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
MessMate™ is not liable for improper product use, pet misuse, chewing damage, or incorrect bowl sizing selected by the customer. Use of the product is at the customer’s discretion and responsibility.
