B. Fit, Setup & Use
Installation is simple. Stretch the MessMate™ attachment around the outer rim of your bowl, adjusting it to fit snugly. Make sure it sits flat against the surface where the bowl is placed. That's it.
Yes. MessMate™ works with all bowl materials, including stainless steel, ceramic, and plastic, as long as the bowl diameter is between 6 and 9 inches.
MessMate™ is designed to fit bowls between 6 and 9 inches. If your bowl is slightly smaller or larger, the fit may not be secure, and we cannot guarantee performance. We recommend measuring your bowl before purchasing.
For messy or fast eaters, make sure MessMate™ is installed snugly and the bowl is placed on a flat, stable surface. You may also want to use a heavier bowl to prevent tipping. MessMate™ works best when the bowl stays in place during feeding.

D. Returns & Support
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, but only for unused and unopened items. Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or opened.
Because MessMate™ comes into direct contact with food and pet saliva, we cannot accept used or opened items for sanitary and health safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
